Mitsubishi's evergreen Triton upgrades to Shogun status.

Mitsubishi has introduced the limited-edition Triton Shogun, featuring unique design elements and additional functional equipment.

This model is based on the Triton 4×4 Automatic and aims to attract enthusiasts with its enhanced styling and performance.

The Triton Shogun stands out with a black front bumper garnish, headlight covers, and matte black fog light covers.

The roof rails are also finished in black, complementing the bespoke Shogun sports bar over the load bin, which includes a tonneau cover and tailgate lock. The rear lights have matching matte black covers, and a tow bar is standard.

An optional nudge bar can be added for extra flair.

Interior upgrades

Inside, the Shogun features a leather steering wheel, parking brake, and floor console with black and red stitching. The leather seats and door trim also boast red stitching, enhancing the vehicle’s interior appeal.

The Shogun’s interior combines robust design with high-quality materials. It includes a Sony car audio system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for enhanced connectivity and entertainment.

The Triton’s renowned off-road capability is further enhanced in the Shogun model. It comes equipped with Dunlop A/T 265/60R18 all-terrain tyres on black alloy wheels.

The vehicle’s Super Select II 4WD system ensures optimal traction on various surfaces by instantly transferring power to the wheels with the most grip.

The selectable off-road mode offers Gravel, Mud/Snow, Sand, and Rock settings to match surface conditions, optimizing engine output, transmission settings, and braking.

The Triton Shogun has 220mm ground clearance, a 31-degree approach angle, a 29-degree departure angle, and a 25-degree ramp breakover angle, making it capable of handling challenging terrains.
